St Albans, Hertfordshire, Benedictine abbey of St Alban : 'Hic est liber sancti Albani' (fol. 108v), 'Liber subsacrista sancti Albani quondam fratris Iohannis Loukyn' (fol. 160r) ( MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution). For John Loukyn see North, II, 311-312. Possibly also written at St Albans as the manuscript (according to North, esp. II, 310-320) draft texts by Richard of Wallingford.
