Folder 1: '221 Calibrated B60'. Computer data output and manuscript output of cell run used for experiment, Apr-Jul 1966
Folder 2: 'Expt 229, 236, 238, 239, 240, 242, Data, WANG'. Manuscript notes and readings, graphs and computer output relating to a control uptake experiment carried out after transformation of heavy DNA, and further experiments using different markers. The file also contains correspondence between Bodmer and the Department of Zoology discussing the nature and results of the experiments, and an annotated typescript draft paper entitled 'DNA Synthesis and Transformation in Bacillus Subtilis', 1967-1970
