Latin sermons, etc., probably by dr. Thomas Marshall, who has inserted corrections:

Fol. 1. Bidding prayer used in the university of Oxford while dr. Richard Baylie was vice-chancellor (1637), by a member of Lincoln college, probably dr. Thomas Marshall, the later rector

Sermons before the university on Heb. ii. 3, beg. 'Quae conciliare solent animos auditorum' (fol. 3)

On Heb. v. 4, beg. 'Habetis textum cui quominus me protinus accingam' (fol. 18)

There is also an unfinished exercise, 'An Christus praecepta legis reddidit auctiora?', beg. 'Christum praecepta legis' (fol. 17a), and a list of eight 16th-17th-cent. deeds, relating chiefly to mr. William Chalfont, 'delivered to John Hobbs, Mar. 30, 1638' (fol. 65v).
