has settled the two clergymen whom he has sent, Mr. Philips on Potomac River, and Mr. Barnard in a parish near himself; urges strongly the importance of building a church and settling a minister at Christanna, where the school has done much for the conversion of the Indians; has set apart a glebe, and is building a parsonage.
