File 1, fols. 1-74 and item 1: Annual reports by the League of Nations Council on the Slavery Convention, reports to the Council by the Assembly, the Sixth Committee and the Secretary General, answers to his circulars from Portugal and France and answers to the Assembly's questionnaire from the Cameroons, 1927-1932.
File 2, fols. 1-173: Draft letter from the Chairman of the Committee of Experts on slavery to the President of the Council reporting on the process of setting up the Commission of Experts and presenting its first Report on Slavery, much annotated by Lugard, with a proposal for setting up a Central Bureau on the Liquor Traffic in Brussels, a bibliography of documents relating to slavery arranged according to country and the statement of Mme de Castro e Almeida to the Commission, 1932.
File 3, fols. 1-8 and items 1-4: Record of the Sixth Committee's modification of the recommendations made by the Temporary Committee of Experts on Slavery to the Assembly for establishing a permanent Commission of Experts in minutes of the Assembly, Rules of Procedure of the Commission and a report of its work during the first session, with later emendations, 1932-1936.
