Acquisition

Given to the Bodleian as part of his third donation, dispatched on 28 June 1639.

Provenance

The composite manuscript, in its present form, is an English production: two fascicles, one from the Mainz Charterhouse, the other from the Cistercian Abbey of Eberbach, bound together since the late 1630s.
