Roll, cut up and mounted in codex form with later notes. 10 (medieval paper) + 32 (18th-19th cent. paper) leaves, all now mounted on paper, with padding before and after.

Sotheby's, 26 June 1975; bought.

Provenance

Formerly bound with other 14th- and 15th-century documents (MSS. Eng. hist. c. 774–5, Ch. Suffolk 1579, Ch. England 19–53) in a collection owned and perhaps assembled by Thomas Martin.

Craven Ord, lot 1014 in his sale, 25 Jan. 1830.
