Summary

5 volumes. Diary for 1871 contains a loose page, located between entries for 27 and 28 Dec, carrying a list of 'Deceased Members of M.U' and other notes, and has comparative tables of London and Paris orchestras on reverse. Diary for 1872 contains a loose page detailing the names of guests at a ball, with lists of amateurs (?for Societa Lirica) on reverse, located between entries for 17 and 25 Jan.
