Beg. "Moste sacred Queene, although it may seme."

Tanner in his account of Sir J. Norris in the Bibliotheca Britannica, has the following notice of this book: "Scripsit A.D. 1587, A discourse persuading the Queen to continue her succours to the United States, and not to make peace with Spain. Pr. 'Most gracious queen, although it may seme.' MS. penes Dr. Rivers, e coll. Omn. Anim. Oxon."
