Also includes correspondence regarding a proposed lecture tour of South Africa, copy of letter from General Jan Smuts to Admiral Hugh Tweedie, and report of the standing committee of Federal Council on Health Services in the Union of South Africa, and letters from Jan Smuts to William and Mona Macmillan.
