Drawings, schematics, garden planting and decorative plans and correspondence with architects and others about works at The Laskett, including for the parapet wall and terrace (1990-1991), Gatehouse (1994), conservatory and Laskett Cottage (1990-1991, 1994-1995), Torte's Garden (1996), Christmas Orchard (1997), Elizabeth R Walk (1997), Chelsea arches (1997) and Howdah Court fountain (1998). Also includes reproductions and copied sketches for a painting of The Laskett by Jonathan Myles-Lea (1995) which was produced as a postcard and poster map of the estate, together with a poem by Myles-Lea.
