Medical notebook, entitled 'Adversaria physica 1660', 'Adversaria 5', with entries to 1704, containing mainly prescriptions, with notes on and extracts from medical works, some entries not in Locke's hand, and (pp. 466-531) Locke's 'Register of the air', a weather diary with hygroscope, thermometer and barometer readings, kept at Oxford and London, intermittently from June 1666 to June 1683, and at Oates, Essex, consistently from Dec. 1691 to May 1703.
