Inscribed 'Ego magister paulus de monelia sacri apostolici palacii magister do licenciam ut presens opus iohannis damasceni imprimatur in cuius testimonium manu propria hic me subscripsi 1495 die 2o julii' (fol. 121r); the edition was apparently not published.
