Provenance
Windsor, collegiate church: pressmark "d v" on fol. vii verso, near top. Usual chain mark. The binding leaves were included in a 15th-cent. quiring, in which nearly every leaf is marked "[...] fol. tio[...]" legible near top of cover of back board (the 2o folio is "-tione") (MLGB3).
