Notebook containing "correspondence etc. regarding complaints by Mr. C. N. B. Venables of illtreatment of natives by officials of the Native Affairs Department in the Guimbi Sub-district of North Western Rhodesia". With a second notebook containing comments on this correspondence and related notes, 1908-1910.
The file also contains two photographs taken by Enrico Resta, 4 Coburg Place, Bayswater, London. A Directory of London Photographers 1841-1908 by Michael Pritchard lists Resta as being active at Coburg Place from 1889-1896.
