(p. 483) "The effect of the first argument of the King's Sollicitor generall, Sir Francis Bacon, in maynteyning of the councell of the Marches over the foure shires."
(p. 493) "The effect of that was spoken by Sergeant Hutton and Sergt. Harris in answer of the former argument, and for the excluding of the jurisdiction of the four Marches in the four shires."
(p. 498) "The reply of the King's Sollicitor to the arguments of the two Sergeants."
(p. 510) "The third and last argument of the King's Sollicitor, in reply to Sergeant Harris."
