Taken from MSS. Sancroft, now in the Bodleian Library, and from a volume of copies by F. Cherry of letters by H. Dodwell, also in the Bodleian, and now numbered MS. Cherry 23, of which a list of contents is given at fols. 181–182. The extracts from the latter volume were made by Dr. Rawlinson in 1736.
