Summary
A chronicle of London, giving the mayors and sheriffs and the chief civic (and sometimes historical) events from 1189 to 1469, and 1508. The chronicle is preceded by some notes about the chamberlain (fol. 3v), lists of ordinances, and (fol. 10v) forms of oath taken by officers of the city and the city companies.
