The title commences thus: "Der Stadt Hierschberg Statuta, Policey-ordnung Rechte, undt Bewohnheiten, in unterschiedene Punct undt Artickel verfasset * * * * Item, wie Stadt Recht zu hegen undt Ding zuhalten seye."
To a preface, which is dated 1572, but of which this is a later copy, are subjoined the names of Balth. Tilisch, pastor, and Matthias Klösel, deacon.
One leaf is missing at the end.
