White leather on boards, with book-markers, clasps lost, 13th century (?) work, once with a red leather cover, now only preserved inside one cover. Brown leather straps. (Summary Catalogue). 'Contemporary binding ... original sewing ... remains of chemise' (Pächt and Alexander)

Presented by the dean and canons of Windsor in 1612
Provenance
Windsor, Berkshire, Royal collegiate chapel of St George: 'Augustinus de sancta trinitate' on back strip, and on flyleaf (the latter s. xii ex.). Usual chain mark. Pressmark "B G" at head of fol. ii verso and on back-board near the top. Below the pressmark on back-board is a title "[...] trinitate" and "2 o fo. oblectamenta" in same ink, probably, as the pressmark ( MLGB3)
