(fol. 12) "Uppon what pointes or opinions in diuinitie the auncyent fathers did varie in their wrytinges."
(fol. 12b) "What diuersitie of opinions hath bin amongst the doctors and scholemen in England, when the Popes autoritie was receaued."
(fol. 13b) "When the Popes fautors began by their wrytinges openlie to mainteyne the Popes supremacie by the wordes of the Scripture."
(fol. 13b) "What was the somme of the Christian faith that Justinus Martyr and other auncyent fathers did alleage in defence of the Christians to the emperours or other paganes."
(fol. 15) "By what reasons may it be proued lawfull for a Christian prince to defend anie other princes subiectes from beinge forced to commit idolatrie."
