Summary
Thanking Compton for past kindnesses, and requesting him to do something for Tom Gregory, and, if possible, to procure the issuing of a brief in behalf of the parish of Dursley, Glouc., the church tower of which place has lately fallen down; the cost of repair will be no less than £1995.
