Laud Misc. 116, and identifiable as C IIII T in the second catalogue of the Mainz Carthusians, StB Mainz, Hs I 576, fol. 101r: 'Augustinus super canonicum Ioannis / Idem de fide ad petrum / Item de dogmatibus seu regulis ecclesiaticis / Petrus Clareuall super canonem', 2o folio 'nos designati'.
