Given by him to Thomas Barlow (1607–1691) in 1659: 'Tho: Barlow 1659, ex dono reuerendi viri domini Guil: Durham rectoris ecclesiae de Tredenton in com. Wigorniae'.

Missal according to the use of Salisbury, probably from some church of st. Helen (mentioned as 'festum principale', p. xviii), in a parish where the Fitton family were prominent, of which George Baguley was rector at his death in 1497 (p. xiv), and therefore likely to be in Cheshire. The contents are:

An original document, being letters patent of confraternity of the master of the hospital of Burton St. Lazar, in favour of the parishioners of Tredington in Worcestershire, has been inserted as pp. v-vi. 'Tho: Barlow 1659, ex dono reuerendi viri domini Guil: Durham rectoris ecclesiae de Tredenton in com. Wigomiae.'
