Two born-digital papers, titled "Appendix 2 - Trade and Developement: Opportunities and Constraints" and "Appendix 3 - The North Sea and Britain's Economic Recovery". Although the papers appear to have been delivered at a Financial Times conference in 1977 ('European Business in World Development'), these two items were created on Dell's computer long after that conference, and may have been intended for publication in another, unknown, book.
