S. 1. 12], in order to an edition by him intended', Latin notes chiefly on Euclid bks. 1-8, 11, 13, 14, and on the Definitions. A specimen leaf of the proposed edition is also here. See MS. Bodl. 887. The identification of this MS. with the one which should occupy the place of MS. Bodl. 886 is not certain, but very probable.
