Fol. 1. 'Hier beghinnen die twalef duechden die heer Ian Ruusbroec ghemaect heeft', beg. 'Dit boec leert van den twalef graden der duechden', in twelve chapters.
Fol. 112. 'Hier beghint een cleyne ende seer deuote materie sprekende van den mynliken liden ende sware passie ons Heren Ihesu Christi van Nasareth ...', beg. 'Die wtwendighe mensche spreket': followed by (fol. 162) a 'deuote oefeninge van den liden ons Heren Jhesu Christi', comprising several prayers.
Fol. 175. 'Dit is onser lieuer Vrowen lering die si sprac toe een regulier die ghenomet was broeder Willem Vos na dat iaer ons Heren dusent cccc ende xxxiij doe die salighe maghet Hedewy van Sciedam ghestoruen was Tiburcius ende Valerianus dach [14 April]', beg.
