Fols. 21-60: Witham, Somerset, Charterhouse of Saint Mary the Virgin: "Liber domus beate Marie de Witham ordinis Carthusiensis ex dono magistri Iohannis Blacman" (fol. 21r), s. xv. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).

Fols. 169-174: Coventry, Warwickshire, Benedictine cathedral priory of St Mary the Virgin: 'Hii sunt libri quos Iohannes de bruges monachus coventr' scripsit ad opus coventr' ecclesie, qui hos ab ecclesia sine consensu conventus alienaverit anathema sit' (fol. 171); fols. 169, 170 are in the hand of Bodley, MS. Auct. F.5.23, fols. 111-166 (q.v.), ie J. de Bruges / Bruches; there are entries for grants of land to Coventry. (MLGB3: evidence from locally specific contents, including obits, scribbles, etc.).
