Collations made by or for the rev. Frederick Field (d. 1885) for his edition of Chrysostom's Homilies on St. Paul's Epistles (Oxford, 1847-62). Contains vol. i., Romans-2 Cor.
The collations are by Theodore Heyse (Venice & Vatican MSS.), Theodore Krabinger (a Munich MS.), E. Miller (Vienna MSS.) and James Lewis of Wadham college (Paris MSS.): see the Monita in the printed edition. MSS. in the Bodleian, New College, Oxford, the British Museum, and at Moscow are also made use of.
At fol. 2 is a letter from H. P. Liddon, May 20, 1888, about Pusey's probable ownership of these papers.
