Summary
Letters almost entirely written to Anthony Wood, 1657-95, chiefly on the biography of Oxford writers, some with draughts of the replies. In the following list some entries have been for convenience inserted from MSS. Wood F. 46-51, Ashm. Mus. c. 1, the whole series forming the bulk of the papers on which Wood's Atheme Oxonienses is based. They do not however satisfactorily allow of summary treatment.
The chief writers are:
Getsius, Walter (3), 1693-4 (fol. 18).
Gibbesius or Ghibbesius, Jacobus Albanus (2), 1673 (fol. 24: MS. Wood F. 46, fol. 98).
Goodall, Charles (6), 1693-5 (fol. 48).
Gore, Thomas (23), 1668-81 (fol. 61: MS. Wood F. 49, fol. 23).

Healy, Richard (6), 1685-6 (fol. 149: MS. Wood F. 44, fol. 3).
Henshaw, Thomas (5), 1689-93 (fol. 174: MS. Wood F. 49, fol. 1).
Hevlyn, Henry (4), 1673 (fol. 184).
Hickes, George (4), 1682-92 (fol. 192).
Hopkins, William (18), 1687-92 (fol. 218).
Hutton, Matthew (3), 1660-91 (fol. 262).
