Summary
On the first page there is the following note, in the handwriting of T. Hearne: "This MS. is of the handwriting of Mr. (afterwards Dr.) Thomas Goodwin of Magdalen college, Oxon." Written in 1688, after the death of bishop Parker, and while Bonaventure Gifford was in possession of the presidentship of the college.
At the end are added the statute respecting the demies' oath (fol. 41), and the form of letters testimonial from the college (fol. 46.)
