12 leaves (roll, cut up and mounted in codex form), each leaf mounted on paper, with padding before and after, the leaves 240–50 × 280–315mm.

Acquisition

Sotheby's, 26 June 1975; bought.

Provenance

Formerly bound with other 14th- and 15th-century documents (MSS. Ch. Suffolk 1579, Ch. England 19–53) in a collection owned and perhaps assembled by Thomas Martin. The former binding is now MS. Eng. hist. c. 774.

Craven Ord, lot 1014 in his sale, 25 Jan. 1830.
