Titchfield, Hampshire, Premonstratensian abbey of the Assumption of St Mary and St John the Evangelist: 'liber Abbacie de Tychefeld, ordinis Premonstr., Wynton. diocesis, iuxta Hamelehoke in comitatu Suth.' (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).

Table of contents (s. xv) shows that 6 pieces are missing at the beginning. The first was Meditaciones beati Bernardi abbatis. (MLGB3)
