This manuscript first appears in Bodleian lists c. 1655
Provenance
On fol. ii verso, a 16th century note by William Granson of Uptontestifies that (Thomas?) Stury should pay 2s. a year to 'Boulwas' (Bolas) manor, in the county of Salop, for the Black Lands. In addition, Thomas Kerdiff(Cardiff) adds a similar note to that found in MS. Bodl. 428about the lord mayor of London in 1546; see also, MS. Bodl. 702
