Fol. 24v. alchemical directions dealing chiefly with mercury, silver, and gold

Fols. 29v, 53v. 'The degrees of the alchimistes fier', and other short essays on alchemical matters

Fol. 38v. 'The Frenche Alcumie ... by John Samnere, and nowe turned into Inglyshe by J.W... .', in two parts, beg. 'In the name of God take great bay salt', dealing with the white and red elixirs and the philosopher's stone
