Minute book for 'Owen's Discussion Circle', a pupil-lead society in Dame Alice Owen's School. Minutes indicate that at most meetings a topic for discussion would be proposed and subsequently debated. Topics were mostly political or historical. Dell was secretary of the Circle, and occasional chairman.
