Thomas Arundel, archbishop of Canterbury (1396–1414), represented with his arms on fol. 5. Fols. 5–12 with table of contents an addition compiled by archbishop Arundel's chaplain and clerk (after 1396).

Given by him to Christ Church, Canterbury.
