Summary
An anonymous treatise of advice to king Charles ii apparently written in the 2nd half of 1660 or the first half of 1661, touching affairs of internal and external government, as well as such personal matters as the king's 'devertismentes'; in 15 chapters with a preface. It is no doubt by Clarendon, and here copied out by a clerk as a presentation copy to the king before his enthronement. Chap. 1 beg. 'I begin with the Militia firste.'.
