'Caracas', contents of an envelope so inscribed. The 4th World Congress on National Parks and Protected Areas was held in Caracas, Venezuela, Feb 1992. Typescript and manuscript notes and drafts by Nicholson, correspondence and other papers regarding ways of fulfilling the Caracas 'Action Plan' with particular reference to S'Albufera; earlier drafts by Nicholson, including one titled 'The Problem of Environmental Change', 1990.
