Folder 2: 'Migration Theory'. Manuscript and typescript research notes relating to models of population structure and stochastic models on the use of migration matrices, Jun 1966-Oct 1967
Folder 3: 'Pop. Gen. Sera'. Typescript notes relating to the grouping of Terasaki sera and analysis of Dausset's data, both using Stanford grouping programs. Also contains notes on leukocyte typing analysis and comparisons of micro and lamda methods
Folder 4: 'Pop. Genetics'. Mostly manuscripts of mathematical formulas relating to the genetics of human populations. Also contains some correspondence and a working paper by Masatoshi Nei and A.K. Roychoudhury on interracial gene differences, Mar-Aug 1973
Folder 5: 'Migration Matrix'. Mostly work Bodmer carried out in collaboration with Cavalli-Sforza, including annotated print-outs of a paper entitled 'Migration Matrices for the Study of Genetic Variation', and notes relating to a matrix study of 7 communities in Lake Atitlan, Guatemola, 1966-1972
Folder 6: Manuscript notes of mathematical formulas, possibly relating to hereditary liability to schizophrenia. Also contains a handbook of statistical tables, 1967-1968
