(fol. 1) letter from R. L. Poole, 1927, about the destruction of the printer's copy of Viner's Abridgement in 1912;
(fols. 2-46) legal notes on leaves found loose in Viner printed books, including (fols. 3-19) pages numbered between 603 and 719, cut from a volume of notes and extracts;
(fols. 47-48) a letter from John Montagu, 2nd Duke of Montagu, probably to Viner, 1735.
