Born-digital notes written by Dell on Treasury, Foreign Office, and Cabinet papers held in The National Archives. Probably used as research for Dell's book The Chancellors. Also includes two letters to the Cabinet Office requesting the opening of certain files, and a list of Clement Attlee papers in the Bodleian Library.
