(fol. 1) Colophon 'Donati Explanationum in [Ciceronis De Inventione Rhetorica vel] Rethoricos libros ijos explicit foeliciter.'.
(fol. 52v) Colophon 'Finit Victorini Compendium de Rhetorica': beg. 'Incipientes aliquam rem scribere': this first part is found in Grillius's commentary on Cicero De Inventione.
(fol. 53v) a short treatise on Rhetoric: beg. 'Materies Rethorice Duplex est ': ends (imperfect) soon after 'quia adamavit Iazonem ': the author is stated in Strackhovius's catalogue to be Pomponius Laetus (d. 1497).
The lower part of several leaves is imperfect.
