Includes letters discussing family relations, their father's illness and death, financial issues, time spent with the Bells, Lulu's trip to Marlfield in Ireland, her handling of Flora's income back home, the lectures of William Martin Conway, political matters such as the Home Rule bill and demonstrations in Ireland, and reactions to Flora's articles in The Times on the Klondyke.
