Summary

Two framed watercolour paintings of Netherhampton belonging to Henry and Margaret Newbolt. Painted by Laetitia Harriet Popham (1781-1856).

Painting 1 labelled: 'The portico before the drawing-room window of Netherhampton as seen from the ornamental urn in the garden'. At the top of this painting another hand has added 'By Laetitia Harriet Popham first cousin of Charlotte Louisa (Eyre) Mrs George Grove. George Grove was brother of Capt. Wm Grove R.N. of Netherhampton'.

Painting 2 shows the view in the other direction, with the urn in the distance. No writing on the back.
