Summary
At the end is an index of names, "gathered by Rob. Nicolson," by whom also on the first flyleaf is prefixed a notice of Southwell extracted from Holland's translation of Camden's Britannia published in 1610. A coloured engraving of the arms of Nicolson is also inserted at the end.
