(item 1) Phillips, 19 August [1801], about 430 lots, furniture, objets d'art and paintings [from Fonthill Splendens], interleaved, with some manuscript notes, not in Beckford's hand, of the rooms in which certain items had formerly been kept, and of prices of most of the lots, with (inside back wrapper) rough architectural sketch in pencil. 38 leaves.
(item 2) English & Fasana, Bath, 4 Jan. 1841, 58 lots, paintings and furniture from Lansdown Tower. 9 pages.
(item 3) English & Son, 3 Nov. 1843, about 227 lots, furniture from 18 Lansdown Crescent, with a few lots added in manuscript, and prices of most of the lots. 12 pages.
