Appointed on 4th January 1965 with the following terms of reference: (a) 'To consider the social problems, including housing and education, affecting both adults and children, involved in integrating settled immigrants into the community; to examine the geographical pattern of such problems; and to recommend solutions.' (b) 'To examine and report on the difficulties that confront immigrants who come here with special skills.'
