Custodial history

Ralph Hare Griffin apparently bought the manuscript from which this was copied as an autograph at Sotheby's in 1911, and presented it to the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge in 1917. It is, however, now considered to be a copy, perhaps by Antonio Polzelli (see Hoboken catalogue).
