Folder 1: Gulbenkian Foundation/Armenian Affairs, 1957-1961, mainly correspondence between Sydney Caine and Edouard Utudjian regarding funds and organisation of the Foundation. Includes some personal correspondence between Caine and Utudijan, and with His Holiness Vazgen I, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.

Folder 2: Justice - Educational and Research Trust, 1960-1967, mainly correspondence between Sydney Caine as the Trust's Ombudsman, and Sir John Whyatt (Director of Research) and Tom Sargant (Secretary). Also includes the printed Report of the Ombudsman, 1964; and the transcript of a discussion between Sydney Caine, Professor J.A.G. Griffith, W.L. Roots and Miss K.M. Oswald, 'The Citizen in Conflict with the State', published in Social Service Quarterly Vol. XXXVI No. 2, 1962.
